Branded & personalised items are made to order. As a result, all sales of branded items are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or not as described upon receipt, in line with your statutory rights.
Because these products are created specifically for each club/customer, they cannot be resold once produced. For this reason, items ordered in the wrong size cannot be returned or exchanged.
